T-Shirts ‘Ave Emona!’
Ave, Emona!
ArchaeoROBE jointly participated with ArheoVed in the largest Slovenian historical event for tourists in the year 2014, ‘Ave, Emona!’, when the city of Ljubljana (Roman name Emona) celebrated 2000 years since its founding. For that occasion we made T-shirts with portraits of famous Roman stone monuments wearing costumes from our Roman ArchaeoROBE collection and saluting with the Latin phrase “Ave, Emona!” These images were screen-printed in black-and-white on high-quality cotton T-shirts (available in blue and white).

Our Roman-inspired T-shirts come in blue and white color and are available in various sizes for both men and women. On the front of the T-shirt for men there is a drawing of the famous Roman emperor Tiberius and on the front side of the T-shirt for women there is a drawing of a young Roman woman whose marble bust was found in the ancient city of Salona (though archaeologists are unsure this is most likely the Roman empress Plautilla).
